Day One of the 2026 Spring Leadership Conference

Day One of the 2026 Spring Leadership Conference exceeded every expectation, and it is because of the leaders in that room. The workshops, the teaching, the conversations in the hallways, all of it reminded us of why we do what we do. We are grateful to every one of you who made the drive, cleared your schedule, and showed up ready to engage. That does not go unnoticed.

Day Two is tomorrow morning, starting at 9 AM, and we believe it will be even stronger. Come rested, come expectant, and come ready to receive everything God has prepared for this gathering.

But before you close out for the evening (or as you start your morning), we have one important ask.

Today, we introduced the T.H.R.I.V.E. Assessment, and we are asking every single attendee to take five minutes tonight to complete it. This is not an evaluation, and there are no wrong answers. It is a tool designed to help us get an honest, clear picture of the well-being of our leaders across all roles and levels of ministry in Virginia. Your personal assessment will not be revealed or shown to anyone, only the combined results. It will shape how we pray for you, plan for you, and invest in you going forward.

Your well-being matters to us. Your whole person flourishing matters to us. We cannot serve our leaders well if we do not know where our leaders are, and this assessment helps us do exactly that.
